Dr Richard Curry

Dr Richard Curry is the SUSTAIN Programme Manager at Swansea University. SUSTAIN is a first-of-its-kind industrial project aiming to deliver a sustainable UK steel industry by 2026. Research focuses on zero-carbon energy sources, reuse, recycling and ‘Industry 4.0’, and engages partners throughout the steel industry supply chain. The project is an EPSRC funded partnership including Swansea, Sheffield and Warwick Universities, together with the UK’s largest steel manufacturers and their supply chains.
